The Farmers Market at St. Stephen's seeks to connect our choices about the foods we buy and eat to our call to be stewards of God's creation, as we build community and support local farmers.
In keeping with our commitment to environmental stewardship, St. Stephen's Church hosts a Farmers Market year-round (Saturdays, May through October, from 8 a.m. until noon, rain or shine, and indoors, November through April, Wednesdays, 4-7 p.m.).

We are thrilled about the fifth season of our outdoor Farmers Market. We have more vendors than ever--40 at last count--including our first USDA Certified Organic producer. While our emphasis continues to be on local farmers and producers, we are allowing vendors to sell some items provided by other producers, as long as the origins of these products are clearly and fully disclosed. Our goals are quality and transparency. One of the things we value most about our market is your ability to speak directly with the farmer or producer of your food, and learn all you can about how it was grown.
During Season Five, the Market is sponsoring festivals celebrating specific cultures, offering live music, activities for children, cooking demonstrations and much more. To stay up-to-date on what's coming up each week, sign up for our weekly email newsletter below, and/or visit our Facebook page (or both!). If you have any questions about the market, please don't hesitate to contact our market manager, Kate Ruby.
Remember that we offer ample free parking, and that children, bicycles and strollers are welcome. We hope to see you at the market soon!
